Life Insurance:  Term Life, Whole Life, Universal Life.

Critical Illness:  Provides lump sum cash benefit when you or a covered family member is diagnosed with coronary bypass surgery, heart attack, stroke, kidney failure, blindness, paralysis, occupational HIV, major organ transplant, and more.  This plan is portable, and spouse and children are also eligible.

Income Protection Plan (IPP) - $400 - $3,000 month guarantee issue/12-month pre-existing condition still applies.

Burial Benefit - All active NCEU members in good standing with twenty-four (24) continuous months or more of membership benefit shall be covered for a Five Hundred Dollar ($500.00). A member who is not on the active payroll due to leave, disability or other similar circumstances remains eligible during the first three (3) months of such leave.  At the time of request for payment of benefit, a Death Certificate shall be submitted to the NCEU.
